Carrie
Hello! I'm Carrie, I grew up in a grooming shop learning how to groom on poodles of all sizes. I leverage over 20 years of grooming experience to provide consistent, respectful care that will help train your pets to enjoy the grooming process. I truly believe when pets look great, they know it! I currently live in Medina with my children, my Schnauzer Chuck and our two cats, Ellie and Dracula.
Jenna
Hi, I'm Jenna! I've been in the animal industry since 2017 and became a certified groomer through the Cleveland Grooming Academy in 2020, followed by my Fear Free Certified Professional Groomer credential in 2023. I cherish my three cats and two dogs with all of my heart, and I always make it a point to treat everyone's pets like my own. I value continuing education to further my career and provide the best possible care. In my free time, I enjoy travel and live music with my husband. I can't wait to meet you and your pets!
Alli
My name is Alli, and I absolutely love animals of all shapes and sizes. I have two lovely poodle-mix dogs at home that mean so much to me. I'm familiar with a variety of grooming techniques and styles. I prioritize my clients' comfort, health, and ensuring they receive great services. I fell in love with grooming in high school and have years of experience grooming at a veterinary hospital. I am very detail oriented, provide great communication, and am dedicated to providing the best experience for each client. I understand each client is unique, and I strive to bring out the best in each of them.
Olivia
Meet Olivia! An animal lover through and through, she has been working in the pet industry since 2018 and started grooming in 2021. Olivia takes pride in making pets look good and feel good, and is extremely flexible and understanding — always doing her best to cater to each client's individual wants and needs. Keeping pets happy and comfortable will always be her top priority. Grooming is an art, and it's her favorite way to express herself while doing what she loves most: working with animals. At home she has two incredibly sweet cats and a snake, and outside of grooming she owns a small business with her partner doing 3D modeling and creating art.
Kylie
Meet Kylie! With four years of professional dog grooming and pet care experience and a lifelong passion for animals, Kylie specializes in deshedding treatments, outline trims, and curly-coated breeds — but she has experience grooming dogs of all breeds, sizes, coat types, and temperaments. She is always expanding her knowledge to provide the best care possible and treats every dog as if they were her own. Her goal is to make every grooming appointment a positive, stress-free experience for both you and your furry family member.
Chase
Meet Chase! He tried many different careers before finding his true passion in grooming. His favorite part of the job is building relationships with pets and their families, and seeing the confidence that comes from a fresh groom. Whether your pup is in for a routine bath or a full makeover, Chase's goal is to make every appointment as stress-free, safe, and enjoyable as possible. He absolutely loves animals and can't wait to meet your pet! In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his English Shepherd and his family.
